How do I change my username and profile?

Want to update how other divers see you? You can change your username, name, bio, and social handles anytime from your profile. 🤿

Edit your profile

1. Open your profile from the avatar in the top-left corner of the SeaLog tab.

2. Tap Edit profile.

3. Change your username if needed. Usernames can use lowercase letters, numbers, dots, and underscores, with no spaces.

4. Add or update your display name and bio.

5. Add your Instagram or TikTok handle if you want.

SeaLog checks username availability as you type, so you’ll know straight away if your pick is free.

Your public profile link

Your username also becomes part of your public SeaLog profile link.

Other divers can open that profile in a browser, even without installing SeaLog.
