When your ascent-rate curve moves above the dashed line, it means the recorded ascent rate was higher than SeaLog’s reference threshold at that point in the dive.
How to read it
The Ascent chart shows how your ascent rate changed throughout the dive.
Drag across the chart to see the recorded ascent rate at any specific moment and compare it with the dashed reference line.
The dashed line is just a visual reference. It isn’t an alarm, score, warning, or assessment of how you dived.
SeaLog simply displays the data recorded by your dive computer. It doesn’t replace your dive computer, training, instructor, or judgement.
