Open the dive.
Go to More details → Marine life.
Tap to add a species.
Search by name or browse by category.
Select what you saw and confirm.
Species you’ve logged recently will appear near the top, making your regular underwater encounters quicker to add.
And keep an eye out for NEW, RARE, and LEGENDARY badges, some encounters are a little more special than others.
The free plan includes a few species so you can see how the Seadex works. When you reach the limit, SeaLog shows you the Pro options. Everything you've already logged stays exactly where it is.
