Got years of dives sitting in another app? Good news: you don’t have to log them all over again. 🤿
Many dive logging apps can export your entire logbook as a UDDF file, which SeaLog can bring aboard in one go.
Importing your dive history is a SeaLog Pro feature. On the free plan, your logbook holds a limited number of dives, so a large import will only bring in the dives that fit. See What can I do on the free plan?
Bring your logbook aboard
In your current app, look for Export and choose UDDF.
Transfer the exported file to your phone.
In SeaLog, open the SeaLog tab and tap + → Import dives.
If your app has its own import option, select it and follow the instructions on screen. SeaLog offers guided imports for Subsurface, Shearwater Cloud, Divelogs.de, DiverLog+, and DiveMate.
If your app isn’t listed, choose UDDF file and select your exported file.
If your export comes as multiple files, some guided imports also let you pack them together into a single .zip file.
Hundreds of dives, one move. Your diving story comes with you.
