Diving with Suunto? You’ve got three ways to bring your dives into SeaLog. 🤿
Download them directly over Bluetooth if you use an EON Steel, EON Core, or D5.
Import a single dive from the Suunto app as a .FIT file.
Bring over your full dive history using a Suunto data export.
One thing to keep in mind: Suunto allows a full data export once every 30 days.
Import a single dive
Open the dive you want to import in the Suunto app.
Tap the ••• menu in the top-right corner.
Choose Export as FIT.
Select SeaLog from the share sheet.
You can also save the .FIT file to your phone first, then import it manually from SeaLog using Upload the .FIT file.
You may also see a JSON export option in Suunto, choose FIT, as that’s the format SeaLog can import.
Bring over your whole dive history
Open the profile tab in the Suunto app.
Tap the gear icon.
Open Account settings.
Choose Export my data.
Request your download link.
Open the email from Suunto and start the download.
Save the export as a ZIP file.
Save the ZIP to Files.
When the download is complete, choose Open in… and select SeaLog.
Or take the SeaLog route:
SeaLog → + → Import dives → Suunto → Upload the export ZIP
No need to unpack anything, bring the ZIP aboard exactly as Suunto gives it to you.
Got an EON Steel, EON Core, or D5?
You can skip the files altogether and download your dives straight into SeaLog over Bluetooth.
